The revised School Town of Munster 2026–27 school calendar has been officially approved by both the Indiana Department of Education and the STM School Board.
As a result, the following dates will now be full days of school for all students and staff:
• Wednesday, September 23
• Wednesday, November 11
• Monday, January 4
• Wednesday, January 27
The last day of school will be Friday, May 28. Munster High School students will follow a half-day AM schedule for final exams on Thursday, May 27 and Friday, May 28.
Thank you to our students, families and staff for your continued patience and flexibility as we worked through the calendar adjustments following the August storm.

For more than 30 years, the Munster Education Foundation (MEF) has been an incredible champion for our students, teachers and schools—providing more than $750,000 in grants to support innovative, hands-on learning experiences across all five STM schools and district-wide.
Now it’s our turn to support MEF! Join us for MEF’s Fall Fest on Saturday, September 26! Fall Fest is replacing Jeans & Jerseys this year with a new, relaxed evening designed to bring our community together.
After everything our community has experienced over the past month, this is a great opportunity to get out, unwind, reconnect with friends and support our schools.

🎟️ Reduced ticket prices from last year

Due to the recent storm, door-to-door ticket sales will not be available this year, so be sure to purchase yours before the deadline.
